Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving massive paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly going ahead.
