The plot presents a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a secret group.

The adventure focuses on "bizarre experiments and a terrifying enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave.
